Dry clean only. Brush gently to keep the surface smooth and store on a wide hanger.

Delivery & Returns

Cash on delivery. Usually 1 to 3 business days, up to 7 for harder to reach areas in Egypt. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled, so message us quickly if you need to.

Returns within 3 days of purchase, with your order number. Unworn, unaltered, tags intact. Size exchanges depend on stock. Return shipping is on you. Refunds go through Instapay or any mobile wallet and take up to 10 days once the courier collects the item and we check it. Discounted items and bundles are excluded. We reply from 10 AM to 6 PM.
