• Requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase or order number.

• Items must be in original condition unwashed, unaltered, spotless, with all tags intact.

• Size exchanges are accepted as long as the requested size is in stock.

• Discounted items and bundles cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are on the customer.

• Processing takes up to 5 business days after the courier collects the item.

• Refunds are issued via Instapay.

• Delivery across all reachable areas in Egypt takes 1–7 business days from purchase date.

• In rare cases, orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if needed.

• Replies are sent between 10 AM and 6 PM.

• Iron inside out on low heat, avoid direct heat exposure
