RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Applied only on online purchases

Requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase or order number.
Items must be in original condition unwashed, unaltered, spotless, with all tags intact.
Size exchanges are accepted as long as the requested size is in stock.
Discounted items and bundles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are on the customer.
Processing takes up to 5 business days after the courier collects the item.
Refunds are issued via Instapay.

SHIPPING
Delivery across all reachable areas in Egypt takes 1–7 business days from purchase date.
In rare cases, orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if needed.

WASH GUIDE
Applies to all garments

Wash inside out, cold water only (max 20°C)
Wash with similar colours
No bleach, no tumble dry
Air dry naturally
Iron inside out on low heat, avoid direct heat exposure

Henley note: may shrink 1–3 cm after first wash. Size up if between sizes.
